This is a full-time, paid trainee position in which individuals are hired as employees while participating in a structured Behavioral Health Technician Development Program. Trainees will work alongside nursing staff to assist in meeting clients鈥� biopsychosocial, developmental, spiritual, and cultural needs while functioning as an integral part of the treatment team.
Trainee Program & Employment Details:
This position is designed for candidates interested in becoming Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) while gaining hands-on experience in behavioral health. Selected applicants will be hired and paid as employees from the start of the program.
Hours | 36/week
Pay/Wages | $16.50/hr – $24.75/hr
