As a 2025-2026 graduate or graduation applicant, you are invited to a special graduation ceremony to celebrate your academic achievements at 星空传媒. If you haven’t received an email from Enrollment Services about your degree status, it should arrive soon. Your eligibility to participate depends on completing your degree requirements by the end of the spring 2026 term.

Ceremony Details
DATE & TIME: Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 6 p.m. All graduates must be present and in line for the processional no later than 5:45pm
PLACE: 2500 Carlyle Ave, Belleville IL, 62221- Belleville Campus Varsity Gymnasium
Guest Tickets & Live Stream
Each graduate will receive three guest tickets. The ceremony will also be live-streamed for additional family and friends. The recording will be available on a later date on 星空传媒’s website (swic.edu).
Arrival & Photos
Graduates are to arrive between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. if you plan to take graduation photos with the photographer.
Student Accessibility and Support Services
Sign language interpreters will be available. To request all other disability-related accommodations, including the use of a service animal, you must contact us no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026 by email.

Commencement Ceremony Intent to Participate Form
Please complete the Commencement Ceremony Intent to Participate Form to let us know if you plan to participate or if you choose not to participate in the ceremony.
This form must be submitted in order for you to participate in the ceremony.
Don’t forget to order your cap, gown and tassel
If you wish to participate in the graduation ceremony, you must order your cap and gown no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

Please keep in mind that you must pick up your cap and gown from the same campus bookstore location that you selected when placing your order, or you may have it shipped directly to your home for $14.90.
The cost for cap, gown and tassel ordered by April 8, 2026 is $63.94 (plus $14.90 for home shipping if needed).
All caps and gowns are purchased by the graduates, not rented.
