You may, at your discretion, grant 星空传媒 permission to release information about your student records to individuals or agencies by submitting a completed Authorization to Release Student Information form.
Open the Authorization To Release Student Information Form.聽Print it, complete all the necessary fields, sign it, then submit it to Enrollment Services.聽Signed forms and required documentation can be uploaded to your eStorm Student Center by clicking on the Manage Uploaded Documents link.
